Venue Rental Rates

Private Events

Ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, pop-ups, ticketed events, and private dinners.

$300 per hour

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the Atelier event space

  • Vintage mismatched tables and chairs

  • Setup and breakdown time

Ceremony Rental

Our outside patio is used for a sweet garden ceremony, or with a smaller guest count we can use the inside of Atelier.

Includes seating for up to 50 guests (may differ depending on layout)

  • Ceremony Arch Rental: $100

  • Floral Installation for Arch: $650

Catering Services

Atelier offers in-house catering for intimate events with a focus on quality and presentation.

  • Family-Style Dining: $45 per person

  • Plated & Served Dining: $75 per person

  • Appertivos and Charcuterie spreads: $18 per person +

Bar & Cocktail Service

Clients may provide their own alcohol. You must book bar service if you are serving alcohol.

  • Cocktail Service: $30 per hour

    • Includes licensed bartender and bar service

    • Required for weddings and formal events.

In house Coffee Bar

Clients can use our in house coffee bar services by Chunky Cat Cafe. Pricing starts at $7 per head for a 3 drink menu, or an unlimited menu at $100/hour.

Coordination & Event Styling

  • On-Site Day-Of Coordinator: $500
    Required for weddings and formal events.

  • Table Décor Styling: $95 per table
    Includes:

    • Florals

    • Candles

    • Curated tabletop design

Booking Guidelines

To ensure a seamless event experience, the following minimums apply:

  • Standard Events: 5-hour minimum

  • Weddings & Formal Events: 6-hour minimum

  • Up to 100 guests total, 80 guests formally seated

Fundraising Event Pricing

Perfect for nonprofit fundraisers, community gatherings, benefit events, and charity receptions in Pasadena and Altadena.

$200 per hour
6-hour minimum required
Rental time must include setup and breakdown.

Workshop & Creative Event Pricing

Ideal for classes, workshops, wellness events, meetings, and creative sessions.

$100 per hour
4-hour minimum required
Rental time must include setup and breakdown.

Must bring something to cover our tables, chairs and tables provided.

Coffee shop hours may overlap, store inventory must be left as is.
