Return & Exchange Policy

At Atelier, every floral arrangement is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We want you to love your purchase, so boutique items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Tags, wraps, or labels must still be attached.

• Exchanges are eligible for store credit or another item of equal value.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds on boutique items, only exchanges or store credit.

• Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

If you believe your order was delivered in error or arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
